So after that I joined a a neighborhood fitness center for "active adults" ... which just left me sore, perspiring, and tired with no change in the numbers.
Next I attempted yoga ... running ... also spin classes ...
And also when my personal instructor said "abdominals are made in the kitchen" I returned to concentrating on my diet regimen.
I tried eating Mediterranean, keto, reduced carbohydrate, and also periodic fasting ...
None of them worked. They simply left me a lot more cranky and exhausted.
So after that I attempted every combination you can think of.
NONE of it worked. All I did was waste a lot of cash and also time ... as well as exactly how perspiring and short of breath I was. (Turns out I STILL couldn't regulate my temperature ... go figure ...).
And I started asking myself ... was there any individual or anything that could help me?
